Bio: I grew up as a PK (pastor's kid, not player killer) in Honolulu, HI, which is not all it's cracked up to be. When I was about twelve, I moved out to Colorado Springs, and that's the entire list of places I've lived. I think it's ironic that I've spent my entire life either in Hawaii, famous for its beaches, or Colorado, famous for its skiing and hiking, and I absolutely hate the outdoors. I much prefer to stay indoors and follow more creative or scholarly pursuits. But hey... I've gotten straight As since junior high, at least!
