No matter what you say or do,
Someone will always look down on you.
But what they think doesn’t matter, really,
In the end, their opinions are just plain silly.
What matters are convictions, laid deep inside,
Which no weapons have damaged, though they have tried.
People will hurt you, they’re human, it’s fact;
But any loss to gain turns back
If you learn the lesson you’ll need to live:
